I am an AI and digital transformation professional, currently serving as AI Program Manager at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, with experience leading product development, process improvement, and customer management at Enefit and MyFitness.

I hold an MBA in Business Process Management in the Digital Society from TalTech and combine practical leadership experience with ongoing training in AI, data analysis, and user-centered design. Having worked my way from frontline customer service into leadership, I understand how broken processes affect both the people doing the work and those they serve—which is why I start every project by understanding how work actually happens before choosing the technology.
